WHEN will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be shipped the same day. After 2pm shipping will be the following day.
HOW much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically by our system and the price depends on the weight and physical dimensions of the product/s ordered.
You can select from a range of shipping options during checkout.
CAN you ship Express?
Yes!
You can select either Australia Post Express Delivery or TNT's express option during checkout.
Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. INTERNATIONAL AUTO PARTS will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
HOW long will it take to get my order?
The delivery times provided by International Auto Parts are estimates only. International Auto Parts will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage realting to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages.
CAN I add delivery instructions when I place an order?
The delivery instructions box on the checkout page is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. "Last house at the end of the driveway", "Office hours 9-5"). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as "Deliver between 1-2pm" or "Leave parcel in garden shed". International Auto Parts cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.
CAN I change my shipping address?
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. INTERNATIONAL AUTO PARTS cannot accommodate all address change requests.
INTERNATIONAL AUTO PARTS takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

DO you ship internationally?
We ship to a large range of countries around the world! To see if your country is currently serviced, please add an item to your cart and go to the checkout and select your country. If it is in the list, we'll ship there! International freight charges are displayed at the checkout. Please note that you may be required to pay import taxes and duties on your order, depending on the laws and regulations in your country, so you'll need to enquire of your own Customs authorities about this. Also note that we are legally required to accurately describe the value and contents of the parcels we send internationally, so we cannot and will not falsify the details on these forms (e.g. claim a lower value or marking the item as a gift). So please don't ask us to do this!
