Returns Policy


WHAT can be returned?
All returns must be in as new condition unless faulty. Any electrical goods unpackaged or fitted to a vehicle are not eligible for return or credit unless deemed faulty.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase unless the goods have been deemed faulty. Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. International Auto Parts will not pay to return these items to you.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returns are to be sent to 1/27 Central Park Drive, Yandina QLD 4561. 


HOW do customers return items?
The customer shall not return any Goods without obtaining prior authorization from International Auto Parts. To obtain authorisation the applicant must contact us by phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted unless a copy of the relevant invoice is enclosed with the returned Goods and an RMA quoted. A list of the Goods returned including product descriptions, quantity, date of return and the Applicant's name and address must also be enclosed with the returned Goods. 

SHIPPING for returns?
Any freight charges on returns will be at the purchasers expense. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Returns can be made directly to our warehouse which is located at Unit 3/10 Bonanza Court, Marcoola, QLD 4564

Packing materials?
Goods must be in their original packaging to be eligible for return or credit.
